This Bamboo Pilgrims Camp combines two designs Iv been developing. The first is a 600g pained tarp, a highly versatile and light weight piece of trekking gear as well as a colourful warm home in the mountains.

The second is a art piece that expresses my interest in gold and it’s interaction with the elements.

The process of building and place making is as important as the finished piece. That is why this whole camp weighs 4 kg allowing me to take it trekking in wild places and explore living around it at the end of each days walk.
