Breathing Out

Bamboology had the privilege to design and construct bamboo frames to support works by 5 outstanding British contemporary artists.

The exhibition is called BREATHING OUT by @artromneymarsh @artromneynews and was held at the several churches across Romney Marsh in September 2021. There is so much more to the exhibition than I can summarise and you can find out more here…

The sculptural frames were made from bamboo and natural hemp rope and held down with reusable stakes. It was designed as a light touch intervention on sacred ground. All materials were lifted by hand on to site and no heavy machinery was used in its construction
